horrible customer svc

onThis was definitely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I negotiated everything online, but when I went to pick up the car, it had not been prepped at all. It had a lot of small things wrong with it, but the big things were no taillights or headlights and the tires were not aired up. I doubt they even checked to make sure there were fluids in the engine. My total time at the dealership was 6 hours, for something I was supposed to come in and sign for. My salesman did apologize once and their mechanic was great, but other than that there was the general attitude that they just don't care, they just left us to sit, didn't even offer water. When they finally did drop the car off in the front, without telling me it was done, I noticed it only had a quarter tank of fuel. When I asked about that, they told me that used cars don't get fueled. I spent almost $20k and they can't put fuel in the car!

THE place to buy a car in Las Vegas

onPaul and Chad at Courtesy Lotus on Centennial Blvd are the best buying experience my wife and I had - hands down - ever. Paul is very friendly and knowledgeable, Chad is direct and focused on getting things done right. Both gentlemen gave us what we were looking for without fluff or non-solicited up-sale attempts. Courtesy clearly displays experience with cars and clients alike and we will shop there again for our 'wants' and 'needs'. The variety of vehicles in outstanding condition on the Courtesy lot is stunning. Lotus & Ferrari are great brands but we were buying a Mazda 3. Yet, Paul and Chad gave us the same care, focus on detail and attention, as if we were buying a Porsche Carrera. We can only highly recommend this company.
