Worst dealership on the west coast. At first when I came to look at the cars they had on the lot and during the processes of buying the car I liked they were super nice to me and very helpful(which now of course I understand they were just trying to sell me a car). But later on The level of disrespect and the foul language I got from the owner Thomas after reaching out to him for help after my car started to break down less then 3 days after I bought it was unbelievable. The car was bought on October 12th, 2017 which was exactly a week ago, I'm literally shaking as I'm writing this review. The Car i bought from them is a 2012 bmw 550i At first it was an leaking oil pan gasket which wasnt a big deal(after all its not a brand new car) but then the drivetrain malfunction warning started popping on the screen going on and off and preventing me from putting the car into gear. Not only that they sold me a broken car but they didn't even bother to help me with that. In the first couple times when I reached out for help they kept sending me to different auto shops which couldn't find a sulotion for the cars problem now they are saying there's nothing else they can do for me and blowing me off. Now a week after I got my new car which I was super excited about getting, the car is sitting at the BMW of Las Vegas service center while their still trying to figure out what's wrong with it, which at this point seems to me like they will never actually find the problem and declare it as a Lemon car. I'm new in this country and I'm a first time car buyer, its a shame that they took that exprience and complitly ruined it. If anyone out there thinking of buying a car, Las Vegas motor sports it's not the place to do so. I'm sure there's still other decent and honest car dealerships out there, don't do the same mistake I did and trust this guys. God bless you all and good luck.
