My battery suddenly started slow starting and once would not start the car at all. I stopped at the service bay without an appointment, and they fixed the problem in under an hour and even gave me a free car wash. Friendly and helpful staff are why I keep going back. Thank you.

My wife was interested in the new bronco and we found out Jeremy works at ford so we decided to get in contact with him. We dealt with Jeremy when he worked at Nissan. He has never made us feel pressured when buying a car. This is why we came to him.

Very happy with my purchase Sheldon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the explorer I purchased. I text Sheldon about the vehicle and he had it waiting and cooled off with air conditioning by the time I got there the whole process was quick and easy I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had an appt for an oil change. I ended up getting an oil change, whippers and a tire rotation, to my surprise, covered by warranty. Andrew, my advisor was so polite, professional and accommodating, I would not have been surprised if he had taken me shopping while I waited. Great guy. He’s a keeper.

My experience with Friendly Ford was out of this world!! Sheldon was absolutely amazing along with Josie. I bought my 2022 F150 from them and they were extremely helpful with showing me everything i need to know about it. Chris from finance was great as well!

Good experience considering …

The complaints I have about sales is less with FF than the Ford Corporation which did a super poor job of communicating on our order. Our sales person, Fernando, was always responsive and if he didn’t know the answer was usually able to find out. Randy also was helpful. Start to finish, our baby, Maverick hybrid, went full term (July 9- April) and I’m not a really patient person, so Kudos to Fernando and Randy for putting up with me

Our order finally came in and we were contacted about it quickly. Went in that afternoon and drove it home. Ramon and Angel met all our needs; Chris got us a great rate on the financing. We’ll be seeing them for years to come for any servicing of the truck. It was a quick and easy experience. Friendly Ford certainly has been that - friendly.

Other than the nationwide car shortage and the lack of haggling for a better price it was another good buying experience. From the ordering the vehicle to the addition of powder coating and tint they really took good care of me. 4th vehicle from Friendly Ford and there will surely be more.

Great Customer Service - Brandon is the BEST!

I was shopping around for a new F-250 and Brandon Parkinson helped me find the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. He had everything set up and arranged in advance by way of phone calls and text messages, so when it came time for me to come down to the dealership I was on property for maybe one hour! I've never had that level of service in purchasing a vehicle in the past. Brandon and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best of care and service! I've bought Ford trucks from Team Ford and Ford Country in the past, but moving forward, only Friendly Ford!
