Love our new XC60 and the Fantastic Sales Experience from Wayne Kassoif

We've had our new XC60 for a little over a week now and really love it! Our situation was a bit unique because we custom ordered our car in order to get specific features that weren't easy to find in existing inventory. We knew that we would need to wait a couple of months and were fine with it, and Wayne Kassoif, our salesperson/product specialist kept us well informed throughout the process. But when we got hit with some unanticipated delays in the car's arrival from overseas, that's when Wayne and the sales and services teams at Findlay really went "above and beyond", helping to arrange temporary transportation for us since we had already turned in our prior lease. And when our car finally arrived, the sales process was quick, transparent and easy, with no hidden charges or hard pressure sales. It's this collection of service, respect and attention to customer satisfaction that makes Findlay stand out from other dealerships. We love that we can reach Wayne at any time, even with the smallest of questions, and he always promptly and courteously gets back to us. We expect to be a Findlay customer for many years to come.

The best car dealer that I have met in my life

As a person of European descent I know that Volvo brand offers a good service for their customers. However, Rob Schweizer was above and beyond this statement. His professional level and personal qualities are second to none! I believe that even if I were the richest man in the world, I would not get a better service. This was the best experience with car dealership in my life.

Great Car, Great Customer Service

We just traded in our 2011 XC90 for a brand new 2019 XC90 Inscription Model and we could not be any happier with the car or the service that was provided to us. Wayne, CJ and Jerrett in service (he was a huge help with our 2011 car) were exceptional in working with us through the entire buying process. They offered the best price, so no haggling was necessary. Wayne was great! He took as much time with us as we needed to find the perfect car. He spent a considerable amount of time showing us all of the amazing features of the car and he followed up with us to be sure everything was ok and to answer any questions we may have had. We know he is there for us if we have any further questions. If you are looking to buy a beautiful, well built luxurious car, look to buy Volvo, and ask for Wayne to help you through the buying process.

Excellent Experience with Wayne Kassouf / Findlay Volvo Cars

We recently visited Findlay Volvo to see about returning our lease car early and leasing a new vehicle. We met with Wayne Kassouf and have to say that we were both very impressed with his knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. We were immediately comfortable with him. We have been Volvo drivers for over 30 years and never has this process been easier or more enjoyable, thanks to Wayne. We were especially concerned this time because we had leased the prior vehicle from the old dealership. Wayne and then the sales manager, CJ went the extra mile to assure that everything with both the new and old vehicle went smoothly. These guys know their stuff and we appreciate the fact that they truly care about their customers. It's a pleasure dealing with them.

Eric Torres is an Excellent Salesperson

Eric Torres at Findlay Volvo in Vegas is the sort of salesperson one wants to encounter when looking for a car. He was knowledgeable, personable, and pleasantly thorough. The atmosphere at the dealership is also pleasant, not high pressure, but attentive. Recommend this dealership. ( Have purchased at least 10 cars previously - this is the second from this dealership.)

Sales personnel did not know the inventory or anything about the product they claim to sell. I called the dealership the day before spoke to a salesman who located the 2018 Volvo that I was interested in. I said, "I would down to dealership the next day to purchase the car." The next afternoon my wife and I drove our 2016 Volvo S60 down the dealership asked for the salesman. He introduced himself and I had to remind him of our previous conversation and then he remember the car that was talked about. But then he floored me with the statement saying he could not sell that particular car had been given to Galpin Volvo Los Angeles . Given? I thought they were in the business of selling cars not "given" cars to other businesses? I left the lot without buying a new car after the dealership disrespected me by not acknowledging me as a current luxury car owner. Spoke with the GM the next he apologized but no big he still did not have the chops to sell me a car since he did not have one in stock that I was interested in.
