Amazing experience

I had an amazing experience shopping for a new car with Srdjan! The dealer and salesman showed me a lot of great options and recommendations for the type of car that i wanted. The service is wonderful at this location. They take good care of you, are honest, and make sure I knew what was going on each step of the way. The waiting area is also very comfortable and the coffee is delicious!

Poor communication

charged more than needed for most parts, reviewing estimates for labor + parts - estimate I paid $375 more than needed and I did not have my car for 3 days do not recommend using Ryan again -very poor communication x 2 days, first day I had to go check on my car after 4 hours of waiting to be told it was ready but nothing had been done - just got a quote. Was told parts and tires would come in next day and car ready tomorrow night, would get call in AM. No call, no communication first day - I called and left messages. Physically drove down to dealership to check on my car - saw it had the lock repaired and new tires. I had asked for specifics on the tires - was given generalizations of all terrain- didn't look like these were. Returned 7AM next morning to hopefully pick it up - Ryan stated will get new tires put on sometime that day noting incorrect tires were placed. better communication that day though was told there was a back up and had to try to race to dealership before service counter closed. Will give him credit that he may have stayed late to make sure I got the car? He was on the phone with another client helping them too. Should have gone with my gut when the estimate was presented after 4 hours to schedule the service out. I hate taking loaner cars and having to stress to make it to the dealership right at opening (before work) or try to leave work early and race in traffic to try to get there before they close. Considering the time and gas to drive to and from the dealership the $100 discount Ryan gave was a bit laughable. Also one of tires they put on was not fully inflated, visited discount tires to have that fixed.

Brought my car for routine maintenance and am always satisfied with the service provided by AutoNation. I have had recommendations made on what is really needed and what can be done at a later date. Our service advisors have been professional and courteous. Maria on the last service stepped up to assist me and she was wonderful. No issues and yes I will be returning for more service. Great job!!

I brought my car in to have battery checked. I did not have an appointment so I figured I would be there for a long time. To my surprise I was in and out in no time. Ryan was my service advisor.
