The people at Woodhouse Buick/GMC were fantastic when it came to answering questions about a vehicle they were preping for sale, and got back to me in a very timely manner. When it can down to a possible purchase, they were the ones that suggested the vehicle I was looking at, wasn't one that would fit my needs and suggested I continue to look for that right vehicle

Buyer Beware - Stay Far Far Away!

The communication from the sales person was incredibly slow, responses took HOURS. Purchased a truck on order, arrival date comes and goes with NO updates, took several messages to get any updates. The truck was brand-new - but needed a little better cleaning - there was dusty smudges all over and clearly when they installed the bed cover they tracked salty footprints all over it. - Salty/dusty smudges were present all over and had to be thoroughly cleaned once I got it home. Dealership also shorted me on the trade-in value, we had agreed on more and the final sales contract had a much lower amount. Sadly - I didn't catch it until it was too late - so triple check your paperwork because they will try to slip things by you.

Vehicle Purchase

I purchased a Certified Used pickup on 5/29/20. I drove from Carroll, IA to meet with a salesman I had been speaking with for 2 weeks prior. I was greeted with a smile and the salesman had an employee pull the pickup around so I could look at it. He started by talking about the vehicle and showing me the features inside. Everything was done professionally and I appreciated what he had to say about the vehicle. Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle and talk about financing everything changed for the worse. The finance person was very aggressive about wanting to sell me an extended warranty for the vehicle. I had already had a conversation prior to coming to visit the dealership about financing without the extended warranty. The salesman who had first helped me came into the finance office and it was like they were teaming up on me to try and change my mind. Another point I wanted to make in this review was at no time during any of the conversations in the 4 hours I was there was there one thank you for your business or we appreciate you driving over 100 miles to purchase a vehicle from us. The pickup is fine. Nothing wrong with the vehicle whatsoever, just something I wanted other people to be aware of during the buying process. Thank you.

Crooked

Terrible dealership! The salesperson I was dealing with did not keep his word and vastly misrepresented a vehicle claiming to be clean and good quality when in fact it was the complete opposite. I would 100% not buy a vehicle here as they use spray paint on rusty receiver hitches and paint the frame in and around the fender wells. Drove 5 plus hours to see a vehicle that was not what I told it was very disappointed. Avoid this dealership
