Easy Does It

Saw the zero interest for 6 years ad. Drove my old VW to the dealership and traded up to a beautiful white Passat diesel. Salesman and finance guy stayed for an hour after closing finishing the paper work since it was the last day for the current programs. Good trade price I felt. No problems, no hassles. Love the car!

About the only good thing I can say about this dealer is the price. Oh they will bend over backwards and jump through hoops to get an excellent rating, once they get that, they forget you even exist. The only reason I gave them two stars is bacause of the price, they were competitive on price. They did actually give me the illusion that their service was going to be good too. It was, until I got done with the customer satisfaction surveys, then I couldn't get the time of day out of them. Two other dealerships were within $100.00 of their price, and if I knew then what I know now, I would have chosen one of the other dealerships. Will probably find another dealer to take the car to for the 2 yr 20K mile service included with the car, considering that their service department will probably be as bad as the sales experience was.
