Don K Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Not impressed with my dealings for my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. I was looking at another Dodge dealership and gave Don K a chance in order to buy locally. They told me they could get me the exact same truck for the same deal. When the truck arrived it did not have some of the same features on it that the other dealer had on theirs. It is part my fault for taking delivery of the truck. I should have declined the truck. It did not have remote car start and it did not have a limited slip rear end. Not deal breakers, but over $700.00 in items. Then I traded in a 2013 Subaru Outback. They said they would pay it off. The waited as long as they could to pay it off. I then received a bill for $81.00 in interest, I took it to the same finance manager who handled my deal and he acted like someone else had done the deal. He said I was responsible for the interest payment. I never received a customer survey like I was told I would. I never heard from the salesman once since I drove it off the lot. I have scheduled it now twice for problems with some electronics and have not been offered a loaner car. The salesman said that was one of the reasons I should be locally! So needless to say I have taken everything off my truck that has any mention of the dealer, and anyone that askes is being told to go somewhere else!!!
