Just purchased a low mileage used Pontiac Solstice GXP from Jacob Evans at City Motor. I had some serious hesitation buying a car in MT from Los Angeles without being able to see or drive the car however Jacob was kind enough to answer all of my questions, take photos and video of the car where I asked and made no attempt to push me into anything. Well i had a good feeling in my interactions with him and saw the reviews here so I rolled the bones and bought it. I had an transporter pick it up and it just arrived. All I can say is wow! They changed the tires, the battery, air filter and washed and prepped it (without my asking and at no charge) so that when it came today i was really taken aback at how clean and in good shape it was. And I mean really taken aback. Friends came over and kept asking me how old it was as it looked immaculate inside and out. I wish there were dealers like this in Southern California. Jacob and the team at City Motor rocked it! Highly recommend buying from this 5 Star team.

As always, my salesman, Mike Smith, went out of his way to help me find a new vehicle to replace the one I was leasing. I wasn't sure if I wanted the 2016 Colorado that I test drove on Saturday July 23rd. Mike did a dealer search for me on the internet to see if there was another vehicle that better met my needs. He wasn't able to find anything that was reasonably close by. After thinking about the vehicle I test drove over the weekend I decided to lease that one as it had most of the features I was looking for. I am extremely happy with it and the friendly, courteous service I received from all the employees at City Motor. I would not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle and have recommended them to friends and family over the 20 plus years I have been doing business with them.

Salesperson was nice to deal with, however, when I had to do the customary sitdown with the sales manager he brought the invoice and said that at that price they were making $200 and had to pay the salesman. When I looked at him and asked about the holdback, incentives, etc. he looked like he saw a ghost. Make sure you do your homework before going to City so you know what you should pay. I have not problem with a business making a profit, however, when you have to deal with dishonesty that is over the line.
