We bought four cars from this dealer. Everything was good until the last one - a used car. We paid $8,000 for a used 2001 Tribute with 23,000 miles. Problem is that we have paid $4,000 in repairs in the 14 months that we have owned the vehicle. I tried to discuss this with the used car manager but he clearly did not want to be bothered with talking with me. He didn't even look in to the problems we were having. We are taking our Tribute to another repair shop. We will not be returning to any of these dealerships. They do not seem to care about their customer's satisfaction.
