Over the years we have been victimized by every car sales trick in the book. So I am always edgy when entering a dealership to buy a new car. This was the case this weekend when I dropped by Glendale to check out a price on a new truck. I was immediately introduced to a professional sales person with 16 years experience. She looked up the car I wanted and while she was getting the keys, the sales manager dropped in to give me his card and tell me all Internet pricing was real, and that if I had any issues to please call him. The sales person showed me the car I wanted and then calculated and wrote down the price including the options that I wanted...on paper. There was one question I had about the pricing and when I called the next morning they cleared it up immediately. When my wife and I arrived, after telling them we were coming in to buy the car, they had already installed our options and were washing and gassing it up. The price was EXACTLY what we discussed on the phone. The loan manager even saved us some money by trading a rebate for a lower interest rate. We left with our new truck, and a very good feeling about Glendale. In our experience, these are honest, professional people, serious about selling cars, and about delivering a positive car-buying experience.

My husband and I drove an hour to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep looking for a specific car. The salesman approached us and was helpful with locating the vehicle. After expressing that we were interesting in buying, not leasing, he repeatedly went over the facts of leasing and how he was 'saving us money'. After we informed him again that we weren't interesting in leasing a car, we were looking to purchase, he continued with their leasing program and how that was the option we should choose, While trying to agree on a price, he started pushing the leasing program again as an option. We finally got so discouraged we ended up trying to leave and had to wait and practically beg for our car keys back that he held onto after our car was appraised. While waiting, we were approached by another salesman asking if he could help with anything. We informed him that we just wanted our keys so we could leave. After finally receiving our keys, he followed us out to our car and was told that we should really consider leasing a vehicle. What a nightmare!! We could not get out of there fast enough.

So I contacted cedrick Montgomery who sold me my car on August 18th 2015 I contacted him on the 19th of that same month because my dipstick was broken he replaced it for me no problem 6 months later my transmission goes out my reverse does not work and of course I'm out of warranty. I've contacted him again to informed him of what was going on he then transferred me to the manager Michael Hatfield which did not do much just said a bunch of mumbo jumbo on warranty and procedure he didnt want to compensate me at all I was explaining to him that this should not be a problem six months after buying a vehicle.... it was almost as if they set it to fail after my warranty expired I am extremely disappointed I have bought a lot of as-is vehicle so this time around I wanted to go to a major dealership that I know if anything were to break down they will do their best to fix it once again I have been failed I can't recommend this place to anyone anyone whether a vehicle has 100 miles on it or whether it has 100,000 miles on it if you purchase a vehicle from a major dealership they should be responsible enough to attend to any problems that happen at least within 6 months whether the warranty is expired or not..... Michaels response to me was that I will have to pay for them to even look at the vehicle and then I know that I will most likely have to pay for any repairs this is a bunch of crap

I have worked with Glendale through buying cars and getting service work and body work over the years. I have always received excellent service from Steve in the sales department and his team of service workers. He never is a high pressure like other dealerships I've visited. We bought our first new car from Glendale, it was painless!! We told our salesman Paul Joshu what we wanted and he got it done! He was very helpful and easy to work with! The finance department was great too! No hassles! I would defiantly recommend him to anyone, and we will defiantly go back when the time comes to buy again!!
