Great Service

I purchased my 2010 Lincoln Navigator L in Chicago IL and brought it to Dave Sinclair to have it checked out and purchase an extended warranty. Their computers were down for maintenance at the moment and I was going to have to come back (which was not an option for me). The Service Warranty rep. Came out to my vehicle took pictures of my mileage (which was less than 100k at that point) and assured me all was well. Well it was better than that because by the time he got back to his desk the system was back up and running, problem solved warranty acquired. A few months later my load leveling sensors went out for my rear end (Lincoln does not produce them any more) my service tech Alex found a set of high quality aftermarket sensors and made the repair. This was the second time that The Dave Sinclair Service Team went above and beyond to repair my vehicle (they previously had a hard time finding my drivers side mirror that would no longer fold automatically). While they may be understaffed (pandemic related) and parts are slow in coming they won't make you an appointment without having your parts or an expected delivery date and they are extremely courteous.

Great Service

We have purchased from Sinclair Lincoln for over 40 years. We have always been quite pleased with the friendliness, cooperation, trade values, and overall service. Our recent purchase of a 2022 Nautilus was again an excellent transaction. Our Sales Representative Tom B. was outstanding in every aspect. A Pleasant Surprise

As my husband and I walked up to the front of the Dave Sinclair South County dealership, there stood a car salesman welcoming us in at the front door. I looked at my husband saying, "Oh great, an overzealeous car salesman ready to pounce!" He reminded me of a golden retriever standing at the front door, his tail wagging at record speed as he saw his "master" turning into the driveway. The salesman was Denny Willard. After getting acquainted with him, what I thought was going to be a stressful, pushy, and unpleasant experience was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE! He was professional and courteous. He listened patiently to me as I explained what car I was looking for and then he went to work finding it! I never felt any pressure from him. It was as if I was buying a car from a trusted family member. I have bought a few cars in my day and I never felt as relaxed and assured then buying a car from Denny Willard! If anyone I know is looking to buy a car I will be recommending Denny Willard hands down! I am now a happy owner of a beautiful Lincoln Nautilus thanks to Mr. Willard!

Tears of sorrow and joy

Knowing full well that my 2015 Ford Explorer with 200,485 miles on it needed money invested in it to get past the inspection, I tried to get it down the road a few more miles. On my own and decided that it was a better option for me to trade it in on a 2018. The service department just helped me get there! The Sinclair family is the greatest! I recommend them to everyone!!!

Arrived for my scheduled appointment. Service order writer gave immediate attention, gave the time estimate for completion of the service call. Seamless quality service performance, Customer waiting area was appropriately distanced for COVID safety, mask wearing by customers and staff. Service completed within the estimated time - received overview of service performed, quick friendly response from the cashier - porter brought my vehicle to door maintained the appropriate distance and sent me on my way. Enjoying my current MKX and looking forward to my next Dave Sinclair Lincoln.

always polite ,always professional,always done right! leave with a clean serviced car,been to many other dealership through the years,when you go home check the oil its sometimes a quart low,and one time at Weber my new car was a quart over!
