I thought when Denny got bought that maybe they might be different. Well they are. They're worse than before. Not only did they try to clearly rip me off, they submitted my credit app to no less than 15 lenders dropping my credit rating my over 40 points. They failed to tell me about almost $9000 in rebates, and tried to offer more than $2000 less on my trade then other dealers. Run away!!

I was interested in a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium loaded in Triple White Platinum unfortunately the did not have the vehicle on the lot so Michael W. stated he was on it, he located the exact Vehicle Had it picked up deal signed with my Trade out the Door in what was the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever had and I have purchased 67 New cars and trucks over the past twelve years. Most of the vehicles in my search where selling for 40k I paid 36k for the very same vehicle. Finance was very pleasant and lightning fast. All I can say is unbelievable brilliant Job Mr W. I recently purchased a new F-150 from Denny Ford and I was very happy with the way they treated me. They speak about the "Low dollar Denny deal" and I found this out first hand. From the moment I came through the door to driving away in my new truck I have never been treated better. They really seem to care. They paid attention to what I had to say. They made sure to include my wife in all our conversations even though the truck was for me. I had a price from another dealer and not only did they match it but showed me where I was being mislead.
