Daughters car

Daughters car went in for oil leak ,they were more worried about upselling timing chain and guide water pump etc instead of getting oil leak fixed car is still dripping oil mentioned it on phone call never asked to bring it in to look a 2nd time not going back there again .

Is my 2022 Silverado Z71 going to freeze if it gets -35

OZARK Chevrolet Is A Joke!!! No one knows anything!!! Talked to several people about if my trucks antifreeze is rated to -25 & weather gets to -35 will my truck be covered under warranty? Even talked to the manager Rob Owens & he said don't worry about it & still no answer my question again will my vehicle be covered under warranty if it does freeze???

Chevy Legend

No problems with dealership. Just issue with 2015 Silverado with 5.3 dropping lifter like our 2008 did. Plus we have 2018 we have to wonder if it will do the same. Three 5.3 engines two failed. Not good odds

Beware purchasing a car from this dealership

I am shocked!!! Beware purchasing any vehicle from Ozark Chevrolet. We went to Ozark Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle and found a 2015 Kia Soul. We took it to our mechanic before purchasing the vehicle, and they found issues with the tie rods stating it would not pass a state inspection. We decided to purchase the Kia after our mechanic found issues with the tie rods and not purchase the extended warranty as they wanted over $3,000 for a warranty that was only good for 48,000 miles. We decided we would pay the $150 to get the tie rods fixed. Since it was a 2015 we figured that should be the only problem. The day after purchasing the vehicle, we decided to take it to the KIA Dealership for a third opinion. They found safety issues with the ball joints, telling us this issue would not pass a State Inspection. After the KIA Dealership found issues, we went back to Ozark Chevrolet and again asked them to fix the safety issues. The man we talk to would not fix the problem stating his mechanics found nothing wrong with either of those issues. He also stated Ozark Chevrolet backed their mechanics 100%, however, when we asked for a statement in writing that their mechanics found nothing wrong with the tie rods or the ball joints, he repeated over and over again that we had a state inspection stating there was nothing wrong with this vehicle. Well...they had not given us any inspection slip because no state inspection is required on this 2015 vehicle. He then told us they would rather take the vehicle back and sell it to someone else, so…Red Flags Everywhere, we returned the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, the young man we were dealing with did not want to sign the finance contract stating that the transaction was cancelled and the car had been returned. Some other man signed the paperwork. Still we could not get anyone to acknowledge that the car had been returned. Hmmmm...we had two reputable mechanic shops telling us there are safety issues with this vehicle...Ozark Chevrolet claiming there is nothing wrong, but refusing to back that up in writing…Telling us they would rather take the vehicle back and sell it to someone else, and this after the contracts had been signed…Really? What Honest Dealership Does That!!!!! Well, I no longer trust Ozark Chevrolet and plan on posting this complaint on every review site I can warning people about the discrepancies of Ozark Chevrolet’s mechanics and Ozark Chevrolet’s practices. If you decide to purchase a vehicle there anyway, make sure you get your mechanic to check it out first. Just know that if you decide not to purchase an extended warranty, which will cost you 1,000’s of dollars, you may not get a safe vehicle.

Best dealerdhip iv been to in a long time!

The service department was one of the most attentive, descriptive and informative department iv ever seen and experienced. The personnel was a female. She was very , very very knowledgeable. I was impressed by her detail to everything. I was treated so well and things were explained to me in detail of the problem with my type of car. I also watched in surprise as she spoke with 3 sets of other individuals. She was so kind, passionate, and knowledgable in all that I heard. Iv been doing my own work on my cars for years. I really liked talking to someone who was as experienced as her. You could tell this job was a love if hers. Thanks Chevy for providing such a wonderful experience and having a great staff! Also a side note. The place was very clean and I didn't get swarmed but sales men when I got there. That was nice. Thanks again @

Oil change done 2 michalin prematurely bald tires on my 2018 equinox. But no one would check to see if my tires were still under warentee. So $500 Oil change just a few days before Christmas was devastating
