I had a great experience with TJ Clark at McCarthy Chevrolet. I bought a brand new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss. It is my first pickup truck, and I was very particular about what I wanted and needed, including color, leather and sunroof. I also needed it to be at a price I wanted, as I was only financing a small amount and paying cash for the rest. Thank you TJ!

McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and particularly Mike Lesher was very helpful in my search for a new 7 passenger vehicle. We chose the Chevrolet Traverse, because of seating and tow capacity.

Unresolved Concern

The oil change itself was quick and efficient. I had an additional concern that I asked to be looked at, as I had bought the vehicle from McCarthy and felt like I was blown off. Their first instinct was to throw parts at it and I didn't have an actual tech look at the vehicle. I have already brought this issue to the attention of the service department before, a week after I bought the car and was told it was fine. Now I'm being told that i need a battery. If that is the case, I would have appreciated that being addressed when I bought the car.

Taken advantage of

Took truck in for check engine light. Cylinder #5 miss fire. Had radiator flushed, transmission flushed, new battery and new wires run to oil pressure sensor. Paid 1100.00 and they said the can't fix check engine light. Needed a new motor. If I would have known that from the start, I would have never had all the other work done. I was taken advantage of. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

This dealership has atrocious customer service once you buy a car. If I could, I'd return my car to them and go to another chevy dealer that actually wants to build customer confidence and create a relationship with their customers.
