I happened across this dealership by chance when I stopped in to browse. I was so fed up with other dealerships I'd been to and their incessant calls and high pressure sales tactics, and was so relieved when I found Reed Buick and my sales person Don Hundley. He was amazing and helped me find just what we had been looking for, for the right price. I can't say enough how lucky we were to find Reed Buick and Don. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Worked with Tim Peery, salesman. Non-commission sales people. Tim wants you to be a satisfied customer. He gets you what you want in product choice, not what he wants. Tim is genuine. If your shopping, at least make this Dealership one of your stops.

The sales staff at Randy Reed Buick GMC are true professionals. Everything about my experience there was exemplary. After several frustrating weeks working with another area dealership, I turned to Randy Reed and I was completely blown away. I was quoted a great price online and they made the whole process smooth and easy. Best experience I have had and I never felt like they treated me different being a single mom. They even are giving me all of my oil changes for free for as long as I own my car!!! :)

I just purchased a used Buick from Randy Reed and it was the easiest process I have ever gone through in terms of a car purchase. The salesman, Chris, was top notch and the finance manager was awesome as well. Everyone was kind and very eager to please us. On top of that, 4 free oil changes per year in their service department...makes my life easier!! I would recommend anyone in the Kansas City area looking to purchase a new or used car to look up Chris at Randy Reed!
