I went there to check out a CPO car. Randy and Tom were very helpful. I know not many luxury car dealers get very excited when they see a young professional looking for 25-30K car. But my experience was positive at MBKC. I told Randy I'm still researching and haven't decided about a car but he was still excited to help me, he made me test drive a couple cars and offered his phone number in case I decide to choose Benz. Perfect example of how to make customers come back to your dealership!

A great car with a horrible dealer experience. Did an internet quote search for a 2015 S550. Received a response from the above. Negotiated a price that included dealership provided maintenance and extended warranty. On every e-mail update from the dealer, I responded with "don't forget the dealer option". Car arrived, and this is when I did a dump thing. They gave a date to pick it up, told them I'd try, but was having dental surgery using anesthesia, so may not make it. So here's the dump part, I had my wife drive me to pick up the car. I signed all the documents put in front of me...yes you guessed it, not a single dealer option on the documents I signed. Realized it the next morning, called the dealership, told them about the missing options, and also told them that legally they owed me nothing, but ethically we needed to talk. Long story short, after trying to negotiate a discount price for the options, I was told in a very clear and non customer friendly way. No way this was going to happen! For a car and dealership, at this price point, KCMB lacks the ethics to meet their commitments . It's now in the hands of MB USA.

Much more efficient than some dealers. I flew in to pick up the car and was greeted right on time at the airport. At the dealer they had everything ready to go and I was never waiting for someone else. The car had a couple of flaws (curb rash, loose interior trim) but these were addressed on the spot which was great. Met with salesman, looked at car, drove it around, he took it to get the aforementioned items corrected, then went to Finance guy. He was efficient as well and though he did try to sell me additional warranties/services after I politely declined he didn't press further, which was a big plus. The ONLY reason this isn't a five star review is because of an issue with the power sunshade. They said it was a bad relay and it'd be easier to get it fixed at my local MB dealer (covered by CPO) than to wait around for them to fix it. Today I went to my local dealer for a state inspection and the shade, they told me it was simply stuck and it works fine.

We were treated will and with a regard to our time being valuable. All quotes and promises made were kept and pricing was better than other dealers we shopped around with.

We bought a previously owned C240 4matic a few years back and this dealership was great to work with! No pressure, they treated us with respect even though we were very young, and they were helpful and honest! They also got us a great interest rate!
