I wrote the review titled Buyer Beware. The GM of the dealership contacted me today and asked me what he could do to make things right. I asked him what did he think is fair. The proposal he made to me is very fair. I have to say I was not expecting his call at all. He spoke with me with respect and showed genuine concern. I’m writing this review because I could not edit my previous review. Monday morning I will contact Edmundscom and ask them to delete my previous review. Thanks so much.

Buyer beware

Saw car on internet listed for $10,500. Went to dealership and purchased it. Received application for title 10 days later. It showed sale price listed as $12,204. I called dealership and was told oh yeah that’s for the 3M coating. What the hell?? I called lending company to get payoff quote and was told $10,500. I asked how is that possible, I put $4000 down, and now the dealership told me the sale price was $12,204 instead of the listed price on internet of $10,500 so payoff should be $8204. Lending company tells me the addition $2300 is for the extended warranty. I said I didn’t buy an extended warranty. Lending company tells me to call dealership because they say I did purchase one. I call dealership to ask what extended warranty are they saying I purchased and I’m told that I purchased 3 years of oil changes and it cost $2000. At that point I called the state attorney general and filed a complaint. Lot of good that will do me. Thanks for [non-permissible content removed] me out of $4000 Cable Dahmer. You suck

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. The first went well and year later it was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Salesman was very pushy and his main concern was getting the deal on the books as being in the previous quarter, he even backdated documents. Called said car was ready for pick up I ended up sitting there for almost 6 hours and it still wasn't completely prepped. Online scheduling for service does not work properly even if you get a confirmation doesn't mean you have an appointment for the time you picked. Service department has issues servicing Volts, apparently too technical for most of the technicians.
