onNeal Wilson really made me feel welcome and at ease during my experience with Roper Kia. He had the info about the vehicles I tried out. I would HIGHLY refer him to my friends and family. I was thoroughly pleased with his presentation. Ranking 1-10 with 10 being the best I would definitely rate him a 10.

New Car Salesmen lie about everything just to sell a car

onTis is the worst dealer I have ever traded a car with in my entire life. They lied about everything from the start and it only got worse. Now they will not answer any phone call and I can find out no answers to anything. The never gave us copies of all our signed paperwork, They lied about every single thing n our car. I hate this car and everything about it, These guys wil NOT give you enough money for your trade in and they are looking out only for THEIR dollars and care not about customer satisfaction when they will not answer whenever a customer calls back so I am stuck and can find out no answers about anything on or about my car unless I call another Kia dealer who I should have gone to in the first place. Just do not go there and never ever buy a car from [non-permissible content removed]. They had my husband meet them at McDonalds to sign a finance paper but then of course could not give him a copy and he has yet to see the paper he signed, Who does that? [non-permissible content removed]!!!!

Honest and professional

onI live in Tulsa Oklahoma and had been looking for a light colored 2011 Kia Sorento SX AWD. One of the dealerships in the Tulsa area said that they could find one for me and that there would be an additional charge for bringing it in to town. The offer for my trade was under KBB trade and when I asked about it being low, they explained that they use Blackbook to determine the trade value. Later, I looked up the Blackbook value online and saw that they were still way low. Being disappointed with the local choices, I checked with 5 dealerships within 150 miles of my house. I filled out a quick online form with Roper Kia in Joplin, Mo and was promptly contacted by Amanda. I explained what I was looking for, and was completely honest about the condition of my trade. Within a short period of time, she was able to give me a ballpark idea of what my trade would bring (with a vocal version of all of the expected disclaimers). To say the least, I was still skeptical. The folks at Roper did everything Amanda offered on the phone. Mike was the salesman with all the answers, and we had plenty.There were no unexpected charges. The trade value was honored as negotiated and was absolutely a fair price. This deal was fair, honest and WELL WORTH the drive.

onThey responded almost before I sent my request. They brought the van to the house within an hour, then went back and set everything up. They even set up a wheelchair lift instalation .
