False commitments, false timeframes, horrible service to no answers at all. Run from this dealership!!!

Totally Satisfied

Well, I drove 300 miles round trip to Fletcher Subaru, first because they were the closest dealership that had a Subaru Crosstrek "Sport" but also felt blessed to be treated so well. Although cars in demand are not discounted right now, I feel they treated me very well on the value of my trade. My salesperson Kenan was super knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured because I don't react well to that. I love my Crosstrek and love where I purchased it!!

Had 30,000 check up. Not sure what work Subaru required to continue warranty and what dealership thought was a good idea, Some service was questionable to me .
