Bad General Manager Jeremy S.

The general sales manager Jeremy S. is the classic dishonest dealer. Pulled out all the tricks with me. Switching numbers around with the car price and trade in. We finally agreed on a set price with leather option included over phone. Went in the next day to sign the papers. The price did not include leather option. I told them we agreed on a leather option. They put the leather option on to the paperwork. Then they told the numbers! The price was not the price we agreed upon over the phone. They said they never had the price we agreed to on the phone. Classic bait and switch. I calculated the numbers they gave me, they were ABOVE sticker price! The deal they wanted me to sign was no leather option at an ABOVE sticker price. Do they think I'm an idiot? I was very disappointed with the whole process. I would not do business with Jeremy S. He's the guy who gives car dealerships a bad name. Too bad he's the General Manager.
