Horrible customer service

Poage provides horrible customer service. I bought my truck new through Chrysler poage. And the service department has been horrible. They have a total disregard for for a customers time. Was in numerous times for a knock in the engine. They would bring it in to "work" on it. Have it for a week than tell me to take it home they didn't have time to work on it. After almost a year of this back an forth. They took it for a literal month. From the discussions I had with them. It was 3 weeks before they even ordered the parts. And when asked what was taking so long. I was told I was bumped for a Priority customer. Not to mention the last oil change they did before all this. I had to take it back in. Because they didn't even do the oil change. Or atleast they didn't change the oil filter. Because when I got the truck back. The filter was still covered in dirt and bugs. So if you value your time at all I wouldn't deal the service dept at poage. Don't get me wrong the folks in the service department are nice to talk to. But the have a total disregard for your time.

Poage service department got my truck in quickly and found the problem. They ordered the part so I brought it back in the following week and the technician changed it out quickly. They were great and able to work around my schedule.

Power Door Locks

I thought I was having a problem with my power door locks on my 2017 Ram. They took a look at it but didn't find anything wrong. On my second visit about this the tech came out and explained how the power door locks were doing exactly what they were suppose to do which made me less concerned. Mike, Ronda and the service tech, Mike I believe were great to work with took the time to explain to me what was going on.

Had a great experience with Tyson, who worked very hard to secure us the vehicle that we were looking for, and, most importantly -- HE FOUND A SOLUTION when we had a problem. It's so incredibly awesome (and I mean this very sincerely) when you work with a representative who, when presented with an issue, doesn't just throw their arms up in the air and say "that's all we can do for you" or "that's our policy" but instead works to find a way to deal with your situation. This was our first encounter with Poage and because of Tyson's very helpful attitude, we will definitely be checking with them again when we decide to make another vehicle purchase.
