I purchased a new F-150 4-wheel drive from them. I told the sales person what my needs were. I needed a truck that I can drive to work on days when the weather is bad (snow). He recommended the F-150 4-wheel drive model because I needed a truck but did not know if I really needed 4-wheel drive. Just this month Feb 2014 we had a 10" snow so I drove the truck to work. The engine lost power (derate condition) and the wrench light came on the dash. All this while the truck was in 4-wheel drive. I had the service center their check it out and was told there was no problem and that the transmission probably overheated because snow became packed around it. The snow was 10" deep on the grass but on the highway it was packed down to 2 or 3 inches. So now I have a vehicle that you cannot drive in the snow which is the purpose of buying it. Beware of the sales people their because they will sell you a vehicle that does not meet your'e needs.
