The service staff were very friendly and explained the required service on my car in detail. When they couldn't find the symptom I described they told me to bring it in at any time if I start having the problem more frequently.

My entire experience with Bommarito GMC was great - from initial online request for pricing to the initial showroom visit to the leasing paperwork and receipt of vehicle. I now drive a vehicle much nicer than three others I looked at, for a much better price. Even through delays on my end, getting employer approval, the vehicle I had chosen was held for me. Thanks to Frank and Bommarito GMC! I love my Terrain!

2015 GMC Terrain Denali

Walked in talked to Dennis he drove the Terrain I was interested around to the front of the dealership for me to test drive. Then he walked me thru the process of purchasing my new Terrain. Technicians Too Fast

I had my vehicle in another dealership twice for a navigation concern which I spent several hours waiting, with an appointment and neither time was the issue resolved and the service department wasn't concerned about my time or that they failed to correct the issue. I took the vehicle to Bommarito West County where they listened to my concern, it was fixed on the 1st visit, it didn't take them long to resolve it, and I received a follow-up communications to make sure that my issue was indeed resolved. WOW, great customer service by all involved.

Called Dennis about a truck, he had it up front for me to drive. After my test drive I informed Dennis I would be in on Monday to purchase the truck. Dennis had all my paperwork done before I arrived so all I had to do was visit the F&I guy (Tommy) he had things ready just sign a few papers and was done. Very fast and friendly Dennis went over a few things with us and we were on our way. Very good experience exceptional customer service. Thanks

I own a 2009 GMC Acadia and recently on my way to work I had a breakdown close to your dealership the tow company would not tow my vehicle 30 miles to where I purchased a vehicle from Suntrup GMC over in St. Peter's so I thought I'd bring my vehicle in to give you guys a try to get my vehicle repaired. One thing I can tell you about Suntrup GMC is that they always make me feel like I am a burden I never get things explained to me properly whenever I have my vehicle serviced there. I feel rushed in and rushed out. I've put up with this over the years simply because I bought my vehicle there and didn't really have another option close to my house to take my car to for service. Now that I'm working in Ballwin I drive past your dealership every day and I can tell you that from now on I will be bringing my vehicle to you for any service I need. The experience that I had with your service department and in particular David Baumann has made me a new customer. You see I work in the service industry as well and I realize people have a choice where they spend their money. The quality of service is what makes the difference. David from the very first telephone conversation till the moment I pick my vehicle up never made me feel rushed he explained what was wrong with my vehicle thoroughly including emails, diagrams, pictures and left voicemails to explain what was wrong. My repair was handled quickly and efficiently and was done in no time and because of David's level of service I had him complete a few extras that I have been putting off for a while. He truly made me feel like I was the only customer in the building at that time and I feel that he wanted to make sure my vehicle was 100% before I drove it again. You have yourself a real gem on your hands there and I hope that whoever gets this note lets him know how happy I was with my experience and that he made a new customer that day. I will definitely be back for any service that I need on my GMC and although I am not ready to buy new vehicle at this time your dealership will be first on the list when it comes time for me to purchase a new car.
