Regardless of my financial situation, I would choose Plaza. They are just the best... This is an extremely well known automotive luxury car dealer in this city - yet they do whatever they can to work with you and get you into the vehicle of your choice. They listen to you in order to help you make a decision on what you'd like to drive away with. You receive their undivided time and attention to your specific needs and desires. I've always referred everyone to plaza motors and my family has always done business with them since I can remember. Only downside, possibly... is sometimes the vehicle isn't as ready as you want it to be once you're ready to purchase when it comes to used cars, and they do have some 'as is' with no warranty unless you purchase one (warranty). The plus side is they will compensate you or help you reach a 'fair' deal if you're unhappy.

This was my first visit for service to Plaza Infiniti.......and that went very well...The service rep was wonderful.....I decided to look at the 2014 models as the lease on my car expires in 5 months.... this didn't go as well.... I had the feeling that the salesman thought I was just killing time when he heard I wasn't buying a car that day....He didn't even suggest that there was any flexibility on the sticker price...... I was told, that was what many people paid...He was polite and courteous but bored...
