My son purchased a sporty car from Nick at Jim Butler in Crestwood. He didn't realize how expensive the insurance would be and didn't know what to do. We went back to Nick and Joe (his manager) and explained our dilemma. After explaining that my son really wanted a truck, but could not find one with low miles in his price range and we were not sure how to fix this situation. Nick and Joe agreed to exchange the car for a truck if we gave them time to locate one. It took a couple of weeks, but they not only found a truck, but drove it to our home for my husband and I to approve. Nick and Joe enlisted David's help from Finance to get him the best possible interest rate. The rust on the wheel wells was removed and additional repair work was made to the engine during the inspection stage. Although my first thought when my son showed up with the sports car was that the dealership was trying to con a young kid, Joe, Nick and Dave could not have been nicer and more supportive. It was a long 4 week process, but in the end they made sure their customer ...and his mother ... were very satisfied. Thanks Nick, Joe and Dave!

the dealership was terrible I could not even select the car that I wanted the trade offer was the lowest i was ever offered 2600 for a 2008 charger it was a joke they couldn't even give me over 3,500 for the charger and then I found out that they tried to run my credit through eight different companies which lowered my credit score by a lot and I thought it was only like five or six companies they ran through but they ran through a lot more plus I couldn't get the car that I wanted it was terrible and I called and I said hey why would why was my credit run at different times and they did not give me a sufficient answer beware when you go there make sure that you get into a car that u want
