I just bought 2 cars! They were amazing!!! They have an amazing location. The staff is excellent and even better, VERY kid friendly! While i filled out my paperwork my 3 kids were able to play with Toys,Corn Hole, and Ping Pong!!! The staff even played with them which was awesome!!! I would highly recommend buying your car here! Erich Black, Eric Tenorio, Joe Purvis, Dave Heitzmann, Ricky Saragusa, and Jacob Spoon are amazing!!! They all worked with us and were very nice and i LOVE how they treated my children! It made the process go so fast! I am in love with my car and will definitely go back when we need another one! Will never go anywhere else! Ya'll go!!!

Unbelievable Customer Service

For the past two years, I have been thinking about buying a new car, but I had anxiety about the process. Had I known that I would be able to receive amazing service that completely met my needs, I would’ve not waited so long to purchase. Eric listened to my concerns, communicated with me regularly, and did not pressure to buy. He set me up with an amazing sales associate, Mimi. They both were fantastic! All of the staff at Gulf Auto Direct were so polite; they made me feel like I was a part of the team. I would recommend that all my family and friends visit Mimi or any one of their associates when deciding to make a new auto purchase.

Buying a car with Gulf Auto Direct was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Very friendly and no arm twisting or slick talking. They had the vehicle I was interested in ready when we arrived. It was very clean, had a positive carfax report and was a great deal on price. I recommend them to any and everyone. These people know how to treat customers.
