Excellent Experience

I spoke with three other jeep dealers prior to calling Kims. Reymond listened to what I wanted and although they did not have it on their lot, he called me back within the hour and said they could have it by the next day. From his "can do" attitude to Parham in the finance department, this was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had.

Started with an internet search & came across this dealership with super clean Used car choices. Made contact with Mark Posey who went on to provide all the info I needed to complete my purchase choice from out of state and make sure I felt welcome upon arrival . I was able to drive in, buy and drive out in less than an hour with expedited paper processing via Cliff Hughes. Both employees were eager to provide customers with a no hassle, no push sale. They have a well run internet site, easy to use -- easy to gain the info and photos needed to make a purchase choice -- THANKS guys... I will send others your way.

I just went to get my oil changed! lol. We were thinking about getting an SUV for my work. I was looking around while the service on my vehicle was being done. I came home with and SUV! Sales staff very friendly, efficient, and prompt! Mr. Billy Brunson our sales person was very thorough through out the process. Even the owner and the manager where helpful! I will use Kim's Dodge in Laurel MS. for all our vehicle needs!

I purchased a new 2014 Toyota RAV4 from Kim's on 7/31/14. Mark, my salesman, and Kim, the owner, were both extremely nice & helpful. I had really dreaded dealing for a new vehicle, bet they made the process so easy. I feel that I obtained a good price. Every staff member I met went out of their way to be hospitable and friendly. I would recommend for anyone shopping for a vehicle to visit Kim's.

I definitely would recommend this dealership. The salesman TJ K. contacted us immediately after finding the dealership name online. He was helpful and informative and completely upfront about what vehicles they had and the prices. In addition to working with TJ, Jim K., the general manager, was there to make the deal happen for us. Both of these salesman were honest, friendly and went well beyond to help us with our purchase. After we agreed on a deal (which was actually a great deal for us) we met within Cliff H., the financial manager. Cliff was informative about all warranty and add on items, friendly and also very honest with us. The financing paperwork was ready when we walked in, Cliff made the process very easy and smooth. By far, this is the best experience that I have had at any dealership. The entire staff was helpful, honest and upfront about everything. They not only gave us a great deal, but they went out of their way to get us the vehicle we wanted. We even kept them about 2 hours after they were scheduled to close.

best dealer. wasted time with other dealers. Ann E. best saleswoman.Told her what I wanted and price and got it over the phone. Picked up vehicle, within 20 minutes I was driving my new Tacoma back to River Ridge, La It was worth the drive. This is the place .

I just purchased a 2013 Challenger. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Kim's. My salesman was Ron. He was so easy to do business with. No hassle or pressure like most. He asked what I wanted and what it would take to get me there and he and Mr. Jim made it happen! Had to take it in for a minor service visit today. Ron got me in quickly. Mr. Jim went above and beyond by bringing me a vehicle to work that I could use until mine was ready. Made me feel very valuable as a customer. They have my business for life! Thanks Ron, Mr. Jim, and all the staff!

I have had 5 Jeeps in my lifetime and as of Friday, January 4, 2013, I am now driving my 6th Jeep, a 2013 Grand Cherokee. I have been dealing with Kim's since they first opened in Laurel in 1999. I have always been satisfied with the service and the three times I have bought vehicles from Kim's, I have been nothing but totally satisfied. I have not and do not ever intend to trade with any other dealership. Thank you Kim and staff for making my New Year special!!!

Kims toyota is great... Mr. Bob Hobbs was great helping me get a rent vehicle. I rented a 2012 Toyota Highlander and it was a great ride. Need I also say it was last minute that I called them. It had a minor problem after a long ride. I found Mr. Paul on the internet, he works there, he helped so much with instruction to get suv repaired. After 2.5 days in shop it was fixed. I will always use them to rent a car in the future. If you didn't know they rented look them up and do so. They are all nice and very helpful. I look foward to using them again. Thank you Mr. Bob and Mr Paul for the rental and the quickness of response of a text.
