Great process

Consistently disappointed

I am consistently disappointed when I get my vehicle serviced here. After ten years of using Pat Peck Honda, I am done. Today my service cost $500 (routine maintenance) and nobody informed me prior to the services being completed. This was much higher than I anticipated and was prepared to spend. In the past, I have had the service members get me a rental car with my warranty, only to tell me at the last minute that I have to pay out of pocket if Honda takes more than 3 days to complete my service. (Spoiler: they did.) The last time I had my car serviced, one of the windshield wipers was randomly higher than the other and could be seen from the drivers seat. I didn’t even have maintenance done on my wipers. My passenger side head light is out. They gave me my car back with the headlight still not working. The next time I took it in, I ask them to check the headlight. Once again they gave me my car back with the headlight not working. Come to find out they had changed the bulb twice, which didn’t fix the problem, so they just gave me my car back with the headlight still out- twice. Today, I told my service member this story, she had the technician checked the light, said he found nothing wrong with it, so they offered to change the bulb……for $35. Nobody walks me to my car after a service. They just take my money and say, “ok it’s outside with the keys in it, bye.” Despite all of this, everyone I have worked with is incredible progressional and polite. They just seem to be lacking in training? To my knowledge, the work performed has always been of good quality.

Appreciate Pat Peck Service Department

Always a friendly greeting/thank you and quick service for oil and filter changes. Today I needed two new tires so was there a little longer than usual. I like the text notification for anything recommended whether it’s needed immediately or can wait. I will be traveling tomorrow so I was glad to get new front tires that I had already noticed looking worn.

Frustrated with service

I had an appt for my 2024 Honda CR-V. 4585 miles. It has a metallic squeaky noise in the left front. The dealership drove the car. Could hear the noise, but had no idea what was causing it. Appt was at 10:15. I was dismissed at 11:30. Was asked to come back on another day and leave the car. I had all day that day. They didn't bother to ask if I minded waiting while they tried to figure out what was wrong. I felt like I wasn't worth the trouble or their time. My car is still under warranty, and I have the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty. I asked if continuing to drive it was harming something, and was assued it "wouldn't leave me stranded on the freeway". Not real assuring as they had no idea what was causing the noise. I'm frustrated. And now I have to inconvenience someone else, as I live alone. And take another day out of my schedule.

Break job

Beware of hidden charges. Quote was for $219 for front and $219 for back. That’s $438 plus MS sales tax (7%), $31 should have been about $470.Bill was $512. Didn’t get a real clear answer other than shop fees.

Painfully slow, botched appt time, poor communication

your service department is killing y'all. My wife has been there since 2pm for a 2pm appointment and it’s 4:25. They just told her our van was in the back and it was next but she can see her van still in the parking lot and they haven't started. And they told her 45 more minutes. That will be 3 hours and 15 minutes for a routine oil change that she had an appointment for. So we had to get kids picked up and rearrange an entire day and evening, that could have been avoided by an accurate appointment time. When asked, the service department said someone had quit - but at what point had they quit? Was it any time before the 2pm? If so, y’all can text for anything else, so why not text for this? I’ve ALWAYS used dealership service, for all 4 of our vans… we will find another dealership or use someone else in the future.

All tires have low pressure day after service

I just received service yesterday and paid $221 to have everything done. I’m on a trip now and my tire pressure gauge just went on. All 4 tires are low-which was part of the service received yesterday. Super inconvenient and for such an easy task, I shouldn’t have to worry about doing this after spending the money.

No Difference

The service person I had was very nice. She was very professional & very knowledgeable. She was just very pleasant to deal with. She provided service a few minutes before my appointment. The oil change took two hours which was fine. It was great to know the oil change was complementary for the first two years or 24k miles, whichever came first. When I left the dealership, my car still had the shaking when I applied my brakes which I was expecting them to fail & tell me I needed SOMETHING, but nothing. My low air tire gauge came on also & it wasn’t an issue before. I’m not sure they did everything they claimed to have done they did & only kept my car & 2 hrs to seem as they did. Get what u pay for. 🫤🤨🫤🤨🫤

I was there today due to rattling noise under the front end, I knew what it was- a clip that popped off.. and software update that needs to finish installing.. I was told they don’t do software update there but they’ll figure it out. Ermani came and got me and showed me what it looked like under the front end… I told them the story of what happened…which she could relate. Very happy with the service I received today. My wait was about an 1hr which is about the average… let me tell you, it’s worth the wait….waiting room are stocked with snacks, bottled water, and coffee.

Honda CR-V Service

Took my car in to get my lower engine cover shield replaced and all went well. Was in and out in a pretty quick time too. They didn’t have a couple of the mounting clips/ bolts in stock (the shield has about 9-11 attachment points) but assured me it was securely on and would not come off. After I checked myself it seemed to be secure.

Service Call Center Lack of Communication

I called the Pat Peck Honda ph # to schedule my routine service on my 2018 Accord. I asked about the Accord recall and was told the additional service could be scheduled along with my routine appt. The man asked me if I would be staying or leaving the vehicle. I asked how long the recall would take and he told me 6 hours. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer so I made special plans to accommodate a 6-7 hour service. He also mentioned that a separate service order would be made to ensure the recall was addressed & completed. Upon my arrival at the appt, the service rep informed me that Pat Peck was not doing the Accord recall because the parts were not available and they did not know when they would be. She couldn’t even apologize because I spoke with the “call center” and not their staff. It appears to be a disjointed operation with the call center & the dealership’s svc Ctr. The customer gets inconvenienced as a result of this miscommunication. Honda can do better.
