My husband and I had a great experience, Susan McCormick let me order my dream car and made it worth our 5 hour drive!! James Armstrong was our salesman, he was very informative and kept me updated throughout the process. Huge thanks to Alexandra Vargas for helping me figure out all the gadget’s.

just bad----really

Called to ask about an E400 from Autotrader. "AUSTIN" the used car salesman extraordinaire, was as arrogant [non-permissible content removed] as I've ever dealt with in a retail store. While asking questions, he cut me off and just kept asking when I'd be in to drive the car. (I'm 300 miles away) So when I said that I probably wouldn't be until he could give me a price (the one online was in his words "not reflective of the actual sale price being asked") that I could understand, he just HUNG UP. About as bad as it gets for a new car store.
