My experience with Higley Ford in purchasing my "new for me" 2020 Ford Escape, was an exercise in a wonderful mix of professionalism and humor. All my questions were answered in a prompt, straight forward manner one minute, and the next we were cracking jokes like we were at a family reunion! You may know how it is: you tell yourself that you're only going to look at a car today, nothing is set is stone. Well, due to the the ease of dealing with Nathan, Joel, and Julie, and a prompt evaluation and offer regarding my trade-in, I not only looked, I bought! And I think anyone coming to check out a car or truck will be extremely happy with their super efficiency and friendly, no pressure, manner of sales. I hope I haven't been too late with this review, but once I had dealt with the insurance, etc., I hit the open road visit family in northern MN, and I can promise you it was my smoothest trip yet!
