I was shopping for a Durango online on Autotrader/ TrueCar and found the vehicle at Mills Willmar. I corresponded with Michelle and after a few phone conversions we were able to agree on a purchase price. They were friendly and professional. Michelle spent time with us to demonstrate the features of the car. We are 2 hours away from the dealership and they made it simple and convenient to do business with Mills. They even delivered the car promptly after the financials were completed. Michelle kept us in touch during the entire process. It was a good buying experience.

We worked with Emmitt who has been with Mills for 4 months and he did an outstanding job of answering all of our questions during and after the test drive, anything he didn't know for absolute he deferred to his manager Mark who was awesome to work with too. For a young person in sales Emmitt was very professional to deal with.

The whole buying experience was great from the start with Tommy, to the Sales Manager Mark and the finance officer. The dealership is clean and very friendly. Great experience! My wife and I drove out to Willmar from Minneapolis today and it was definitely worth the trip. The team was committed to getting a deal done and waited patiently while we decided if this was the right move for us. I am very thankful that they gave us plenty of time to talk through things and even go for a 2nd test drive. It was a much better and more comfortable experience than many of the crowded dealerships in the cities. We left with new ball caps, a great deal on a Certified 2014 Fusion and a fair trade value on my old car. Alroy and the rest of the team was great to work with. Hillary was also very helpful coordinating things via email after my initial inquiry.
