Bad experience

First off I came from 3 hours away with check in hand was told that all vehicles get a oil change when I check the oil it was black they lied to my face bought the truck seemed to run good a couple days later the truck broke down told them about it and they said sold as is had to stick another 700 dollars to get it running they told me they would trade it but not pay for parts now think about this I saved the company money because they did not have to pay for somebody to haul it back from Wisconsin to Minnesota and all through this I got ignored the salesman I was talking to did not even report this to them till after being broke down for 3 days nor get back to me now I understand the as is point but why say you would trade it back but not pay for parts to fix the truck much less I saved them money not haven’t to haul it back plus’s the oil change they lied to me about would not recommend you loose trust in a company that is willing to lie to your face.

F250 Truck

We purchased a new F250 2 weeks ago from Apple Ford in Shakopee. The truck was at a different location, so we had to wait for a couple of hrs. until we got to see it. When it got to Shakopee, we were able to test drive it. It was nice. they gave us what we wanted for your old truck, and it was a done deal. We had a great sale rep. We picked the truck up the next day, and a week later we received the extra set of keys. We finally figured out thru an app to auto start the truck, and we just received the license plate. Purchasing this truck was a nice deal, we had to wait but we got it done. the people at Apple Ford are so nice and will work with you and make you feel comfortable. thanks for work it us.

This was the first time I was buying a vehicle and Steve was a great help and was so friendly. I was looking at a Bronco Sport and showed me and new 2023 with some nice upgrades. I didn’t think I would be able to afford a vehicle like this for my first car but Steve was a great help in walking me though the financial options to show that I definitely could.

(Quicklane advisor) who recently helped me with an unexpected issued on my 2019 F150. Joe was quick to respond with a solution and represented my best interest. Recent Service Experience

There were a couple of misses that prompted the need for service. Mainly, there was a missed repair from the purchase of the vehicle and there were several recalls they would call about but then not have the parts to perform the recall work. I sent in feedback and received a call back from the Service manager two hours later that same day. Very friendly, professional and wanted to understand the situation directly. He sent a mobile tech to our house to perform some of the work so it was convenient for me. He then agreed to take care of all the recall work and the initial missed repair at no charge. I did have to bring my vehicle in for some of this and he provided me with a loaner truck at no cost. When I picked up my truck, everything was done perfectly, and he even had it washed. The service manager, Matt, went above and beyond. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles it is critical. They knocked it out of the park for me!
