I had a great experience with the entire process. Everyone was friendly. I came in to look at a Ranger and ended up building a Maverick. While building the Maverick I was informed of items that might delay the build. This was good to know so I could make appropriate decisions. I was kept up to date on the build process. The truck arrived in the time window that was originally stated. When the Maverick arrived the finance process went smoothly.
