!!!DEALER POSING AS PRIVATE SELLER UNDISCLOSED FRAME DAMAGE!!!

Drove 5hrs from MI to meet at sellers house. Finally half way through sale discover seller was a dealer. This salesman’s name is Igor Kletsel. This is ILLEGAL! The FTC requires all dealers to post a Buyers Guide in every used car they offer. Dealers like to do this so they can avoid laws that require them to disclose important things like frame damage. We bought a vehicle from Prospect Auto Sales INC for $7,000 to discover they left out one important record. I call Woodfield Lexus of Chicago to discover the tech left a note. Upon the vehicles last inspection they discovered excessive rust and recommended frame replacement!!!! Body shops won’t even touch rusted frames. Thanks Prospect Auto Sales INC. They refuse return or refund any money!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2002 BMW 540I M sport and after 2 years, its been a great car! Lenny was a wonderful salesperson and if you are looking for a " no BS" purchase, this is the place, and he is the guy! 100% satisfied customer! Thomas keteri.
