Best car buying experience ever

This dealership is first class from start to finish! There are no hassles, frankly, I don’t like going to a dealerships and dealing with the buying process but Jon, Joe ,and Casey , quickly changed my mind . They all were so helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with them! . There’s no pressure, just a great buying experience! Anyone looking for a dealership that knows what customer service really is should check this excellent business out.

Bad communication, had some accessories put on they were improperly installed, Miss hardware, and when I called them they said that’s the best they can do.

I made the appointment online. There was a follow up phone call -- I think to be sure that a real person made the appointment. I arrived about 5 minutes ahead of the appointment time and was a "waiter". The work was completed very efficiently at a very good price.

I can’t say enough good things about the entire truck buying experience at Jeff Belzer's New Prague Chevrolet! I can say that it is because they have an excellent team that works extremely well together. This made every step in the process efficient, quick, and fun, and went above and beyond to give us a few laughs! Unbelievable! If you need a truck, take the drive outside the city to New Prague.
