There's No OTHER Dealership in Minnesota like this one. If you want great service and a Great deal. This is the place. I didn't know until yesterday, but my cleaning lady and her son come to West Metro in Monticello, MN. They said they'd never go to any other Dealership Again. I was Wow'd.

Routine service good--concerning repair needed for a chronic GM component

Routine maintenance was completed well as usual. Was not pleased to see the need for a rack and pinion replacement at 70000 miles on a Buick Enclave. Such a component's durability should be expected to reach 150,000 before the need for a replacement. At less than 5 years old and many, many social media complaints, GM needs to issue a recall due to the fact that this is a SAFETY issue for the vehicle.

Confusing follow-up emails

I used to be a customer of West Metro and they always treated me great! Their service was good and the service advisors are helpful and always let you know what's going on! However, their email follow-up really needs improvement as I continue to get emails, addressed to someone, else asking me to review their recent appointment! (I have since moved on to a different manufacturer who offers a full sized car.)

I have traveled to many dealerships in my life and this is the first one that i am going to go back to over and over! great service! very friendly! great prices! very knowledgeable! i have bought a used 2013 sierra from them and now a 2015 sierra. During both transactions i noticed that they are very fair with trade ins. I worked with Kent who was great, and had a chance to meet the GM Loyd who is a veteran. Lyod truly lives to serve people! He truly understands with out us customers there would be no west metro! all he wants out of his people is to treat people fairly communicate with them and build relationships. there was 0% pressure to buy a vehicle either time! I work for an auto repair shop and i will still be going to west metro as long as i live in MN! truly great service start to finish and ongoing! Installed tonneau cover and mudflaps on my 2015 GMC Sierra. Work done perfectly, truck even washed and work completed when promised. Nice clean waiting room with TV, coffee and made to feel like a valued customer whom they want back. I liked that! I've had work done here before on my 2012 Silverado and the girls in the service dept know more about service issues than some men I've dealt with at other dealers. If they are not the rated as the best, then they are much better than the rest!

After having new tires put on my 2011 LaCrosse, the shop where I had the tires installed had told me that I needed to replace front struts and brakes as well as having issues with 3 of 4 rims on the car. I was concerned and immediately went back to West Metro with the issues. They then did a complete vehicle inspection and indeed there was a issue with the front struts and brakes. During the presale inspection these two items had evidently been overlooked. The manager that I was dealing with assured me that this was not right and he would take care of the issue. They have ordered parts and have a service date set for the repairs....he told me not to worry and they are going to make this right. So far I have extremely happy for the quality of service and the purchase of the vehicle.......
