Service department

The service performance has been a disappointment for quite a while. In July of 2022 I brought car in for 30000 mile service. I was told it was an oil change and wipers. I got the car back and the invoice was for $1503. And no new wipers. But they did change brake fluid. I called several Morrie’s managers and never did get an explanation. They also told me I needed new TPMS sensors even though they read the pressure. Today I took my car in to have them clear the TPMS warning light. They filled the tires to recommended pressure and checked the sensors. They told me that the battery in each sensor is “ suspect” and suggested I replace them for $2000. And they charged me $250 to tell me what I had been told twice before. Starting in 2019. Now, four years later the sensors are still reporting the tire pressure but they want to replace them. I just wanted the warning light cleared. It didn’t happen. Last summer (2022) I did get a complete tune up with new plugs and coils plus rear brakes. That bill was $8000. The car runs great and brakes work fine. No complaints.

Not as promised

Bought a nice luxury vehicle, but I was told this was a one owner vehicle just traded in by a man who found his dream car. After 4 hours of waiting for paperwork and being pushed to buy warranty, gap insurance, and all kinds of other I needed fees (which I turned down, but were very pushy and would not take no for an answer), I drove my vehicle home. While going through the glove box, I found that the car had recently been sold at another dealership (used) and then traded in here. So it had more than one owner. 500 miles later, my check engine light came on and my turbo Is out. Service records stated the vehicle was serviced 1 year ago and 11,000 miles ago.

Just had car in for what seemed to be a routine service repair.. turned out to NOT be too routine, but after talking with Christian in Service and he talking to his guys it turned out well. Thanks, Christian.. Hope to do more business with you and Dan and Nadia in the future! They have a First Class dealership.. thanks again

Will never buy from Morrie's again

Not a happy Morrie's buying experience. Was misled by the general manager Juan that if I ever needed anything to come back and he'd work with me since this was my first used Maserati. I got about 20 miles on the car when the check engine light came on. Brought it back and they said it was a fouled spark plug from RPM's over 5k when it was cold which was untrue because I just drove it home and never revved the engine. They replaced the plugs and 5 weeks later it sounds like the front end is going to break in half when I turn. I called to see if they would waive the $200 diagnostic fee to take a look at it and was told no. I have barely driven the car since I bought it and purchased an aftermarket warranty for 5k from them as well so their only in it for the sale and not any support after you sign the paperwork. I'm not asking them to pay for the repairs but only take a look at it since I just purchased it. Will never recommend or buy from Morrie's again. My sales person was Rich Hajt and the general manager was Juan Martinez. Go elsewhere.

Baluga Ben

I bought a vet sweet 2014 Bentley GT 8-S. I absolutely love it. The sales team was more than helpful and were quite good at communicating. I never felt any pressure to buy. Buying from Morries was important to me. Their reputation for customer service is superb. The car color is Beluga, thus the name.

2016 RAM 1500 Laramie

Rich (Sales Consultant) was very helpful and informative during my inquiry & purchase experience. I had numerous questions and some requests for documentation that were immediately addressed. Your 125 point service inspection gave me great detail that helped my wife and I to make the decision to purchase the 2016 RAM 1500 Laramie. Nadia (Finance Manager) was also informative and helpful! She made the financial process complete, thurough and fast. Thanks for the wonderful recent experience!

Morrie’s still prioritizes customer service. They always go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have been close to leasing different vehicles over the years, but I always seem to come back to Morrie’s Luxury because I know I will be taken care of and treated like a king.

Staff polite. Timely service. I was surprised I was asked to complete my 4 year service when I had just done my 3 year service 6k miles ago. I realize dealers make money on the service, but that seems excessive.
