Hassle free purchase

First, I want to thank everyone that we worked with at Jeff Belzers Chevy, my first contact with our salesperson was over the internet, Brent made it a very positive experience, no harassing phone calls no pressure at all. I setup an appointment for a test drive and just to talk about our situation, he is a very nice younger man, knew what he was talking about and didn’t try to show me something I didn’t want, after test driving, looking over the vehicle and talking about trade-in in finances, I thanked him and was on my way. The next day, I contacted him to say we wanted to purchase the Traverse and made an appointment to purchase it the next morning. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had a great experience, no one pressured us to buy things we didn’t want and didn’t make us feel bad for only purchasing what we felt was necessary for our lifestyle. Disabled Veteran trick

At least 2 open lawsuits against against 2 different Chevy dealerships in the Minneapolis area on the vin # of the GM certified truck they tricked me into buying, now #3 will be from the attorney general I heard

Great folks, they'll take good care of you

They listen to you thoughtful and understanding and present you with about a 1/2 a dozen of different options if you want to get in to one of their new. Or used cars? Just finished in buying up a Camaro today did a great job. This is for chef bellzer's Ford and Chevrolet dealership pretty much half a block away from each other same side of the road. Great folks go see him you'll be happy I know you will.

This is my third vehicle I’ve purchased at Belzers Chevrolet, my first one was a 1999 it was a used Chevy pick up truck. In 2012 I bought a Silverado extended cab 1500 and I traded that one in earlier this month for my new 2022 Chevy 1500 crew cab Z 71 RST. I bought both of my two new vehicles from Mary Jo and she’s an awesome sales lady and I’m going to miss her because she retires next year. I would refer anyone to Belzers Chevrolet and Lakeville they’ve taken care of me when I’ve had issues with recalls are just going to get the tires rotated and oil change they were super fast super friendly and never had any issues whatsoever .

Bad service

Brought vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and to look into a few other issues. 1. Blown speaker or bad door rattle while listening to radio? Was told speaker was good just a bad door rattle. They did nothing to fix it. 2. Bad smell from vent after vehicle has been running then shut off and started again shortly after. Doesn’t matter if running heat or ac, does it every time. A musty maybe coolant smell. They gave me the BS line, “couldn’t duplicate the problem.” 3. Axle warning lite came on and shut off quickly a couple of times so ask about that. I was told no code for that was present. Before doing anything I brought it in for they called me and asked if was interested in the 30,000 mile maintenance package they offer. Since it was in anyway I did have them perform that. They had the vehicle for 2 days and the 30,000 mile maintenance was all they did. So I go pick up the vehicle on a very snowy day. They have someone bring it around. Was told it could take a minute since he’ll have to clean snow of my truck. 5 minutes later I see my vehicle coming towards where I’m waiting. Still completely cover in snow with only windshield partially cleared with wipers. I watch in disbelief as the guy drives straight into a 4 foot deep snow bank and gets stuck in the parking lot. They get somebody else to get it out of snow bank and leave it to me to clear the snow. Disappointed.

This used car operation is a mess. Sell vehicles right out from under you. Apparently have no clue as to whether a used vehicle is available or not. Weird and careless.

2018 Chevy Colorado

Recently bought a 2018 Chevy Colorado From Belzers Chevy in Lakeville MN. I worked with a salesman Bob Soucheray. Bob was fantastic, answered all my questions. It turned out we had a lot in common, we went for a test drive and Bob told me about all the features of the vehicle, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Back at the dealership, Bob introduced me to Parts, Service and Financing people who helped me customize the buying experience to suit my needs. I really felt like this was going to be a hometown dealership that takes care of people. I would easily recommend Bob Soucheray and Jeff Belzers to anyone looking to purchase either new or used vehicles.

This was my second time coming and looking at vehicles. The first time I test drove a lot of them and I got a feel for what I wanted but I needed to figure out my finances. This time I came and worked on getting a vehicle. Everyone was very nice and I worked with Joseph Lyons both times and both experiences were amazing. I told him what I did and didn't want in a car and he got me what I wanted. When the bank wouldn't approve me, he worked hard to find me another vehicle that I loved just as much. I will defiantly be coming back in the future and will work again with Joseph.

Worst experience I have had with a new car dealer

After seeing a deal on the Belzer's website (2014 Silverado $32985 list for $24,707)and talking to saleman I left to buy the truck listed at Jeff Belzers in Mn. after driving 30 minutes I get a call from a different salesman that the truck is really not for sale at this time but will be for sale in December but I could buy a different truck for more $ with less features today. I see the truck is still for sale on the website for the $24707. Why does GM let dealers get away with this bate and switch tactic. Large waste of precious time on my part.

Was referred to this dealer by the Costco Auto Purchase program. Drove the 2014 Impala, after reviewing their online price offer, I asked what the Costco price was. They indicated their prices were already the lowest they would go. I went to another dealer and got a better price, so bought from them. Guess their price is not negotiable and the Costco Auto Purchase Program is to no advantage to the consumer.
