Exceptional service with Michael at Lupient Infiniti

by Krista on 11/04/2023

I just got my Infiniti serviced at Lupient Infiniti with Michael. I always receive responsive service, excellent options like a loaner car and delivering my car to my work once repaired, and the very best service by knowledgeable professionals, they are the best. I need a quality vehicle that is safe for my family and Michael always makes sure my vehicle is in road worthy condition; I highly recommend them to everyone I know as I feel the service, safety and quality are the very best!

Worst car buying experience of my life

by Kirstaine on 03/29/2018

I had a particular vehicle in mind that I wanted. The salesman. Randy, was more interested in selling me one on their lot than what I wanted. Even once I convinced him of what I wanted they brought in a vehicle I didn't want because Randy didn't listen or read his email. An email which was sent within an hour or two of leaving the showroom. When I explained that was the wrong vehicle he pushed me to take it. And told me what I wanted wasn't available even when I showed him dealer websites showing it in stock across the US. When he eventually found a car and we agreed on it, it was magically sold and did I want what they had in stock? Both Randy and Greg were terrible about responding, the worst sales communication I have experienced. I'd never return to them and I caution you.

We Can't Do That (Why are you even here?)

by HelloIam_John on 12/04/2015

I scheduled a simple windshield replacement at Jim Lupient Infiniti. I am particular about my M45 and hoped that I could get the right windshield if I worked with the dealership. I spoke to both the dealership and the glass replacement company to get it coordinated. The glass company said it was too cold so I should bring my car to the dealership. The dealership scheduler assured me that it would be no problem to get a loaner car although there was a $9 service charge for fuel. When I arrived it was clear Chad Hanley had no intention of helping me. Instead of saying, "We must have made a mistake." He said things to try to make me feel like I made a mistake. Things like, "We don't give loaners for windshield replacements, do we?" Well someone promised me one, even after I questioned the dollar value of my service. I have had 2 or 3 loaner cars from that dealership, but I usually when I had spent more money. I even mentioned that to the scheduler. I was assured that I could arrive the night before my appointment and use a loaner to get home. I drove for 30 minutes through traffic and a snow storm to be treated like it was my mistake that I could not have a loaner car. Maybe if I had been driving a newer more expensive car I would have been treated better, I don't know. It may be true that they did not have any loaner cars, but that was also not my mistake. This is the second time a "Service Adviser" has let me down at Jim Lupient Infiniti. The previous time the Service Adviser was acting like a paid on commission salesperson. That time I went in to have the errors reset after a particularly brutal temperature set them off. I have driven the car for 2 years since he tried to assure me I needed to replace the $1200 computer module. Still I chose to give them one more chance and did not walk in with an attitude or expectation of any issue. I was friendly and positive when I approached Chad. My wife's car is a Honda and they have consistently treated me like royalty when I bring an 11 year old Pilot to Hopkins Honda. I don't require special treatment, I do expect to be treated with respect. I don't need someone to treat me like I am trying to pull a fast one or I did something wrong. It could have been a much different experience even without getting the service that day, but Chad must have had a bad day. I waited there while another service consultant tried to find out what had happened. I think he was able to determine that their mistake wasn't my fault, but I didn't need proof and I still didn't get a loaner car. The weather got even worse and it took my an hour to drive home at 30 MPH on the freeway. Thanks guys.

This place uses sales tactics from the 80's. You won't get prices until you come in for the test drive. Once that happens they put on the pressure and try to confuse you into submission. They didn't have the exact car I wanted and when they said they couldn't get it and Infiniti wasn't letting dealers trade cars I became suspicious. I found out that was a lie. The final nail came when I asked them to give me their best price. When I went to the dealer I ended up buying from the next day, I got a call from them asking me if I was going to buy. I told them I got a better deal from a different dealer. They then wanted to negociate...too late. Best offer means best offer. I will never buy from this dealer ever. [violative content deleted]
