I found a Ford Focus in great condition for a great price. The sales rep Denis was great and very helpful in providing information on the car that gave me the confidence to make this purchase. I would highly suggest import auto sales and ask for Denis.

Best Deal Ever

I almost turned around and went home 3 times on my way to the dealership. You know the feeling OMG are these guys crooks? Are their cars junk? Are the sales guys jerks? I am Happy to report all my fears were misguided stereo-types. These guys are awesome! I test drove the car loved it. I took it for an inspection for my company and it failed due to some body damage. I took it back to Import and Levi said no problem he would fix it. 2 days later passed inspection with flying colors. This car is everything we hoped for and more. Thank you so much

Loving my new Subaru Forester

I purchased my 2015 Subaru Forester from Levi about 6 weeks ago. Levi was fantastic to work with and helped me with finding financing. I LOVE this car! I bought it with almost 50,000 miles on it and a salvaged title. It is like driving a brand new car! People are shocked when I tell the mileage and about the title. I drove it to Detroit a couple of weeks ago during the polar vortex and the big snow storm that hit on a Sunday afternoon. Traffic was horrible and road conditions were even worse. I felt very safe in this car. It handled excellent and I was toasty warm inside!! Next week we are driving it to the Florida Keys. Hopefully no snow storms on this trip :) I would and have already recommended this dealership to friends.

Import Auto Sales is the best, i had the most pleasant and professional experience. I purchased 2016 Subaru Impreza Salvage title repairable the guys show me where the car was hit and how it was repaired the car was in excellent condition and I SAVE a lots of money great buying experience, super excited about the purchase. These people who works here are RESPECTED FRIENDLY AND HONEST, once again I can highly recommend this dealership, Import Auto Sales thank you so much.

I had the best experience with both buying a car and selling my car with Levi at Import Auto Sales. After browsing several car lots, it wasn't until I went to Import Auto Sales and found a beautiful 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. For only having 7,000 miles on it, it was priced very reasonably and I have had absolutely no issues with the car since purchasing it in December. Levi answered all my questions before I could even ask them and made my first car buying experience so easy! After only two days of having the car, it was hit in my work parking lot and needed a whole new bumper. I brought it back to Import Auto and Levi order me a new bumper that same day! After dealing with insurance, it was fixed within a day in their shop and it looks better than before. I had originally planned to sell my previous car myself, but it needed a new windshield, paint job, some interior work and a complete detail. After talking it over with Levi, we decided it would be much easier to let Import Auto sell the car because they could handle all the repairs for a much better price. After it was all fixed up, they had it posted to their site right away and it was sold within a day! It was so much more convenient than handling everything myself and I really appreciate their hard work in getting it fixed up and posted to their website. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly suggest purchasing or selling your car with Import Auto Sales!

Wonderful Experience

One of the easiest car buying experience I have had. I have purchased 5 other vehicles in my lifetime and this was my sixth and most satisfying. I got a great vehicle, at a great and reasonable price. I felt really good about this whole experience. I no doubt will recommend Import Auto Sales to friends and family. Thanks Max!

Lexus LX570 purchase

I had a wonderful experience with Max and Alkon when I needed to find a bigger vehicle. They let me easily test drive the vehicle multiple times without any of the usual sales pressure and when it came to financing, working with Alkon was very straight forward despite a non-conventional set up that I was looking for. They were both open to fair negotiation and treated me well throughout the process. Also, I have been very happy with their service crew and plan to continue to use them going forward. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!!

My husband and I paid cash for an Audi A4. When we test drove this vehicle the oil light came on and said it needed oil. We immediately expressed our concern about this to the sales man, He reassured us over 5 times that this car just hasn't had an oil change and he guaranteed it was a great vehicle. Now we come to find out that this was not the truth, we had an oil change done right away and have taken it to the shop multiple times within a month and a half. We were told this year of Audi has had multiple issues with burning through oil and the whole engine would need to be re built. I called Import auto sales and told them the situation hoping if they were a respectable dealership they would give us a full refund for providing us with false information, we would have been happy to still buy another vehicle from them to replace this one. The man I spoke with acted like the owner but I am not exactly sure if he was or not because he kept cutting me off every time I tried to say a word. He told me it's not his problem and I will have to call Audi and get the engine replaced on my own. He didn't even have the decency to provide me with a number to call. He was the rudest person I have ever spoke with in my life and I just want to make sure any future customer knows what type of nightmare this could turn into if you purchase a vehicle from Import Auto Sales. They DO NOT care about their customers and it's only about the money for them. I will be reporting them and leaving reviews on every website I possibly can to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. VERY disrespectful.
