I really felt good about this experience. In the past car purchases, I never felt really good about the process/experience, but this time was different. Paul made me feel at home and everyone at the dealership was similar. Very low-key low pressure atmosphere. Just a bunch of folks trying to genuinely help people find a good vehicle at a decent price. This is my first GMC. I am very excited and pleased with it.

Their service goes above and beyond. As a hearing impaired customer, they go out of their way to assist. That is much appreciated. This is our second vehicle from them and as long as I can drive, I am a loyal customer!

My salesman, Gary M was very knowledgeable on the vehicles I was interested in. He listened to my needs and wants for my next car. Then Bob started working his magic and got me into a very nice car. I've bought 3 vehicles from these two employees in a few years and would not even consider going anywhere else in the future. Seriously you have a great team at Whitaker buick/gmc in forest lake mn. Consistent Great Service

We have been long time customers at Whitaker in Forest Lake (formerly Novak) and have always been very satisfied with their service. Courteous, consistent, good communication and never an "up" sell. During auto shortage a few years ago, bought a GM truck at another dealer - but I bring it and my other GMC to Whitaker for service.

This has been my 2nd new car purchase from Whitaker, the 1st being a 2007 Buick Lucerne, which we still own and drive every day. Salesman Mike G. was great and my purchase of the new Terraine was a very nice experience. As with any new car and the advancements and technology that are incorporated into them, Mike took the time to ensure that I understood all of the new features. I was never pressured to buy and all my questions were answered with great clarity. After purchase of trailer hitch was expedient. Well done Whitaker. You and Mike are my dealership for life. Then there is the serves dept. Just plain awesome, as is their mechanic who has taken great care of my Lucerne, including pick up and delivery back to my home. Hats off to Mr Lee W.

I'm not sure where that guy went but it was not to Whitaker! They were awesome and friendly. Price was great! Hence why I purchased. My salesman Chris Novac did and excellent! Great guy and a friend now. My family purchased 2 cars withing 2 days from him. I absolutely recommend and will do so to all my friends and family. This review that is negative is Bunk! Do yourself a favor, Choose Whitaker! Thank you Whitaker, I look forward to future business!!!

They could care less about treating you as a customer. All the sales people I met here were rude and just wanted their commission check. Prices here are way high. I pointed this out and had to sit and show the sales man how much higher they were then other dealerships I was looking at.

My wife loves getting her Sport Utility serviced at Whitaker in Forest Lake

My wife would never take the time to write in a review so I thought I would write a few lines for her. Whitaker has become our top choice to get our vehicles serviced. My wife gets treated with respect and they always take her seriously when she has questions. She comments to me after a visit about the very friendly staff and the very comfortable atmosphere. They have a great customer waiting area with a fireplace and a big screen TV so the time it takes goes by quickly. They always wash her car (I Don't so she has to take it somewhere to get a wash) and it's free with the service there. You can go there after dinner also!
