We had just started to look for a newer car. Brad had helped us with the purchase of our last Taurus. Brad understood that my wife is sensitive to riding in a car. He was helpful without feeling rushed. The Escape was a pleasure to drive and a great suggestion.

A Wonderful Experience

We felt like we met new friends when we met Bryan Brown at Lundgren's -- friendly, honest, serious people who clearly believe in their product and are also simply good local people. I felt good about buying locally, and I felt I could trust Bryan. You know what really sticks out in my mind? After looking at the Explorer, we left for a nearby city to visit a badly injured friend in the hospital. When we came back to the Ford dealership later that afternoon, Bryan's first question was "How is your friend? Is she going to be OK?" instead of "Do you want to buy a car?" That's why I'll come back to this dealership every chance I can. That is real quality.
