Over the past ten years or so my family and I have been going to Schweiters. The sales representatives have been great for the most part on find the vehicles and having them in stock. A big part in my mind is having excellent service for my vehicle because there is something that's not going to last. It just part of vehicles. For the most part the service has been very helpful but have had issues with other family member vehicles that they weren't very helpful on. On a scale of 1-10 a 10 being the best I can't give the service department more then 4 after that experience.

Great Service

We had boughten a truck that had been a loaner for the dealership. When we went to pick up the truck my husband noticed a small knick in the bumper that looked as it was rusting. The dealership decided to replace the bumper that day. Therefore, we were unable to take it home that day. Since we lived fairly far from the dealership, they trailered the trunk to our home the next day. All was taken care of with no cost to us. Great customer service and extremely friendly!

Best Experience Ever!

Words can't describe how amazing of an experience I had! I felt so welcomed by EVERY single person at the dealership. They never made me feel like they were trying to sell me anything. I was at a different dealership the night before and I had the worst experience of my life--everyone acted like a salesperson and pressured me, but when I came to Schwieters the next morning, I was super impressed and not once felt pressured to buy anything. I honestly think the way they treated me solidified that I needed to buy a vehicle from them and nobody else. Not only was my salesperson amazing but so was the business office. They made the experience of buying a vehicle a fun thing and not a chore!! Ever since I bought my new vehicle I have been telling EVERYONE to go to Schwieters for their next vehicle. My fiance is a Ford man, but he told me he is going to Schwieters for his next vehicle just because of how well I was treated.
