Disappointed handling of issue post sale

Things went fine prior to purchase. However after purchase I started having issues with the navigation system. Iâd get routed to dead ends or routed to older roads. When I reached out to the salesman he confirmed I had the latest version for the 2018 model. After my own research I discovered that the carâs software was the 2017 version released in 2016. When asked about getting this remedied I was told that itâs the customerâs responsibility to update the software. Even though I was originally told I had the latest version! The salesman said the dealer nor the manufacturer but rather a third-party installs the software. I was directed to a GM link (not 3rd party) where I can pay $150 for something that shouldâve been there before I purchased the vehicle. If you choose to buy a car here make sure to get a discount so you can purchase and install the navigation software yourself. A 2018 car purchased in March 2018 should not be running software that was released in August 2016 when a newer version was released 8 months prior. I really want to like this dealership, but the salesmanâs response to this concern was inconsistent and quite off putting in the end.

Yukon Denali XL review

Torey Flategraff got involved late in the game and personally resolved the bad customer experience I was having prior to his involvement. He expedited my vehicle delivery, had it ready for me to pick up around my scheduling needs, and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and satisfied after the delays and bad communication I had previously suffered.

Finding the right Buick

They took the time to understand what we needed, not just what was in the dealer inventory. We tried several models, and came back in two days to make a decision between two different vehicles. We found them cleaned and waiting in a separate stall for our final test drive and decision.

Tim Montgomery was awesome to work with. He took the time to listen to me and went out of his way to show me the different style vehicles. It was a no pressure atmosphere and everyone there seemed to enjoy their job and were incredibly friendly. They wanted to make sure I was happy with my lease and it was about ME; not them making a deal. I got exactly what I was looking for with the beautiful Buick Encore!

John Borden was our sales rep and was very responsive to our preferences. A vehicle that perfectly matched our needs was available and we completed the entire purchase with financing quicker than I expected. This is the 25th vehicle I've bought over the last 60 years and I'd have to rank this among the top five buying experiences I've had (and all of the other four were ones in which I was completely satisfied with the experience).

This is our 6th Walser vehicle. We don't shop anywhere else because the atmosphere is "non-threatening" and our experience with your sales staff has always been pleasant & rewarding, vs. vultures we have experienced elsewhere in the past. Personally I hate car shopping, but you folks make it more than tolerable. My only complaint is that the paperwork end of things seems to take forever at all of your stores.

2015 Sierra

The guys (Zac Palmer) did everything they could to get us comfortable in a new(er) Sierra. Zac showed us every option on the vehicle and was very helpful through the process. We had a few hurdles along the way but the guys were not pushy and very nice to deal with. The paperwork end took quite a bit of time.

Very good experience. Sales staff was very friendly. I signed papers on one vehicle and the next day I informed them that I changed my mind and wanted a different vehicle. I wasn't feeling comfortable with the decision I made. So I informed the sales person I wanted to switch to a different vehicle They made it very easy for me in that respect. Zach Palmer was great.

When I first walked into the dealership I was greeted with a hello and how can I help you attitude. I was introduced to John Borden who helped me find the right vehicle. John was extremely helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and did not pressure me in any way to purchase a vehicle. John went the extra mile by finding me the exact GMC Terrain that I wanted. We actually stopped in from out of state to view your inventory of Yukon XL's. You had the one on the lot we were looking for. We found Jack our sales rep to be very knowledgeable of the Yukon and all it's accessories. Jason the Sales Manager was very accomdating as well. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful! We received a very fair price on an amazing, new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable.
