Best service we have ever received

My husband and I went in to possibly drive off with a new car. Not knowing what to expect with spending the last few years rebuilding our credit, we were expecting the worst. I chose the car I wanted, gave them a number, and they exceeded beyond what I thought would be reasonable. Andy, Adam, and the whole crew who helped us were amazing and treated us like we had a million dollars. That is no exaggeration. To Freeway Ford: We want to publicly thank you for your hospitality, willingness to fight for what we needed in financing, and making us feel at home while we waited with our busy little boys. After driving the same vehicle for 14 years (she was a good 'ol bird) I was finally in the market to buy! I searched the web for about 6 months all the while thinking I have so much student loan debt I'll never get to buy something that I really wanted. Freeway Ford made it possible! I found a beauty and fell in love and they made it happen! Thank you so much!

Everyone we came in contact was friendly and super helpful!! Never did anyone seem pushy to make a sale. They were kind enough to hold a car that there was a high demand for until I could make it back to complete the transaction.

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Patrick was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I was interested in, and was quick to offer a test drive. He explained the features thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable operating them. He was very patient(I had 2 children under age 10 with me), and made sure to answer each of my questions. I left the dealership that day to look at a vehicle at another dealership, he offered his card and said he would follow up with me the next week. No pressure whatsoever. I test drove a different vehicle at another dealership and was instantly grateful for his low-key approach. I knew I would be going back to Freeway Ford. Patrick reached out to me the following week as promised, and worked with my hectic schedule for a follow up visit. I couldn't be more pleased with my new vehicle and the service I received from everyone at Freeway Ford. I have already passed his card on to my friends! I had an excellent experience buying my new Ford Transit Connect at Freeway Ford. I have severe arthritis and am limited in my ability to get around to try new vehicles. My salesman Patrick was very helpful - bringing test cars to me, and making sure I could get where I needed to be with the least effort by me. He did great work finding the exact vehicle I wanted, and it was delivered quickly.

Quick and easy

It was quick and easy, I had called and set up an appointment and was met at the door by the salesman I had talked to. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I was in and out with in an hour having found and picked my vehicle and gotten numbers. I came back the next day to receive the car and finish paperwork.

Great Recovery

My experience was rough as I purchased a new 2015 mustang and it was damaged between detailing and delivery. HOWEVER, the general manager Greg, and my sales person Luke were very apologetic and did everything in their power to make it right. Mistakes happen and I must say I left feeling taken care of because of these two gentleman. I would recommend this dealership mainly because of the great service from Greg and Luke. Luke was the best car salesman I have encountered as he was genuine, honest, and 100% comitted to helping me leave happy by fixing whatever he could.

2015 Expedition

Justin @Freeway quickly responded to my to email requesting info about a vehicle they had. He was very helpful in not only explaining the the great features of the New expedition but was quick to help locate the vehicle that best fit my needs. He did not try to sell me a vehicle that was more than I needed. He also did not talk badly about other brands that I was looking at, (Suburban, Q7) he only focused on how good the Expedition was and let the vehicle finish selling it self. We could not be happier with the vehicle and the process it took to acquire it.

Great service, great vehicles, efficient process. From giving me the information I needed to decide on which extras I wanted to the financing options to getting exactly what I was looking for-Freeway Ford did a great job. They were very attentive and kept things moving so it wasn't a long and stressful day at the dealership.
