Best car dealer ever!

We traded in a 2016 Ford Escape, and got a 2024 Edge. My wife hadn't driven the car at the dealership; after we had been home we realized she couldn't reach the pedals very well. We took it back after 4 days, and they didn't hesitate to do an exchange for us. We got a 2024 Ford Escape, and are very happy with it! We had the same salesperson as the first time, and he was so helpful, and understanding of our situation. He was so respectful, polite, and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all. The managers and other staff were so helpful and polite, also. We would definitely recommend Mills Ford in Baxter, Mn.

Easy and fast. Looked over car; asked for lowest price available; discussed it with spouse; went back in and closed the deal. Was such a good offer, didn't want to risk leaving it on the table to look at other sites. Car has everything we were looking for and has proven to be a good buy.

I had a terrific experience last week buying my first NEW car! I was so impressed with the salesman, Dale, the new car sales manager, Kyle, and the finance guy, Josh. They were first class, extremely knowledgeable, and great to work with! The woman at the front desk (didn't get her name) was super friendly and very helpful. I wear my new Mills hat everywhere I go! :)

Great experience!!! I was in a hurry. They got me right in. Didn't have time for a car wash. They told me to stop back in anytime and would give me a car wash. Very nice and friendly!!!

Staff was courteous, professional, listened to my concerns. Mills Ford was accommodating and replaced my front brakes which was unexpected. I was there for an oil change, but staff accommodated me so I did not have to make an additional trip to Baxter (which is 65 mi from home).. Thank you to Monte, Bill (the shuttle driver) and all the staff at Ford. You are number one!!!

Technical Service Bulletin

I had made an online appointment, for "the works" and for an issue with the front suspension of my 2013 Ford Escape SEL. I also had made the note on my appointment that I need a loaner car. 1] The Technical Service guy first tells me that the technical service bulletin, does not pertain to my car. Even though the year, make and model match the bulletin and my car is having the same exact issues as outlined in the bulletin. 2] The Technical service guy tells me, that he does not think that this falls under the extended warranty I have on my car. 3] They do not have an loaner or rental car that I can use. He said I need to make another appointment earlier in the day, plan on leaving the car for the day. Then they will determine the problems, and see if this falls under the extended warranty. 4] So needless to say, I have not made another appointment. My car still has the issues outlined in the technical service bulletin. I had an oil change paid my bill and left. Overall: Not very impressed..

March 19 service day.

On March 19, I had my 2014 Taurus serviced with tire rotation. The rear brake rotor and disk needed to be replaced too. The staff was so kind and helpful, providing me with a shuttle ride to the mall and back. However, what should have maybe taken 2 hours, ended up taking 4 hours as there was an issue with the computer system. My appointment was at 9 o'clock and at 1 o'clock I left. The good part was the serviceman told me to leave with no charge because I had to wait so long! The brakes were under warranty, the oil change and tire rotation no charge. They also washed my car too! The Mills staff was great but the technology was not good that day!
