Do not buy from this dealership or any Todd Wenzel. They covered up cigarette smoke smell only for me to realize after I drove it home and after the detail scent wore off. They purposefully covered it up just to make the sale. I complained with management with which not a single person denied that the car was smoked in so they absolutely knew. They were stingy and gave me a trash offer to help get it detailed professionally which isn’t guaranteed to get rid of the smell. Simply covering up that a car had been smoked in is shady and slimy. No way would I have accepted the offer to buy the car had I known. Now I’m stuck with it and the hassle of cleaning it out with no guarantees of fully removing the scent. I will absolutely never be recommending to friends or family. In fact, I will go out of my way to make sure every soul I come in contact with never buys from Todd Wenzel within my lifetime.

This place is horrible. Don't work there. Don't get your car fixed there. Most techs are unlicensed. Or underlicensed.

My personal experience with this dealership is nothing less than spectacular. The sales team is absolutely amazing (Hancess) knowledge, & extremely accommodating. The facility is well kept they also have free coffee, snacks and clean restrooms while your there. The Services department is pretty awesome as well had to have my old car serviced multiple times.

I was able to get an appointment the next day after calling about a text/email I received regarding an issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately they had my vehicle all day they made sure I had my vehicle by end of day. I was informed about upcoming maintenance things.The shuttle driver was very pleasant. The only complaint I had was I didn't get comp car wash.

Oil change

Went in for my one free Oil change and tire rotation,was done within 45 min. Very acceptable. But for the second time in a row. My vehicle has oil and hand prints on the interior of the door, steering wheel and the center console cover. All around the front fenders and hood. I tried to go back in and complain again but too many problems going on in office, I left and cleaned it myself for second time. Someone should be checking vehicle after service and before pickup.
