Meade Lexus of Lakeside

Dear Kenneth Meade I have always had a thing for a Lexus RX, but never quite the budget. I had also never been to your establishment until yesterday. I don't usually write reviews, but I strongly believe everyone has the right to hear about one of the greatest salespersons ever. His name is Dennis Mitchell and he greeted us with the warmest smile, the kindest words, and the most professional and knowledgeable expertise. He took the time to answer all questions and was so soft spoken especially when he felt how nervous we were about the purchase. Dennis is one of those few people you meet who will take the time to be with you and not mumble under his breath when questions are being asked back and forth. Is it his job to care? Is it his job to show effort? Is it his job to make people feel welcomed and appreciated...Obviously, YES because that's exactly what he did. Meade Lexus you need to hire more Dennis's and you will surely be more successful. But, then again, there is only one Dennis Mitchell and we are so happy to have him as your guide throughout this entire process. Thank you, Dennis for making us believers in the consumer world once again and for never giving up on us even after so many back outs and "let's think it over"s ". You, Linda, Aron, and Jocelyn are amongst the best people we have come across and we will definitely be back again because at Meade Lexus, you don't just sell cars, you make friends!
