Very Poor

onThis was likely one of the worst service visits in my adult life. I scheduled service online and provided detail for the work required. When I arrived in advance of my scheduled appointment, the detail was not available, according to the service writer. My appointment was at 7:30am, allowing for a full day to evaluate and repair my sunroof and diagnose and repair for a driver safety system service message. After a full day of having my Tahoe, I had to call and check on status. Drew requested to keep the vehicle into the next day. I did not here from Drew through the 1st half of the day, so I called again to inquire. He was busy when I called and said he would be back to me in 5-10 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours, I received a text indicating the problems had been identified and that the vehicle would be needed a 3rd day. After continued poor communication, I finally was informed that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. When I arrived home and conducted a thorough inspection, the driver's side seat trim had been damaged during removal. It appeared to be pried off instead of the fastener removed. The threaded receiver for the fastener was broken away and the trim was on the floor next to the seat. In addition, my driver's side floor mat was pulled away with the retainers. I repaired the trim with industrial epoxy and repaired the carpet to re-install my mat. To add insult to injury, the vehicle was filthy inside and required a thorough cleaning and I lost 3 days of vehicle use costing me nearly $900. I couldn't be more disappointed in the service and the condition of my vehicle upon pickup. It's obvious that Williams Chevrolet has no empathy for the customer and that quality and customer experience is of little importance. I will drive to Kalkaska and use Voice for future service needs.

onWilliams Chevrolet in Traverse City, MI went above and beyond for me. I inquired about a 2016 Checrolet Cruze with leather seats, and a specific color. They found it for me at another dealership and had it there the next day. With my busy schedule, it was very convenient to do most of the information over the phone with them and they gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision. It is not one that I regret as I absolutely love my car!

onWent in to look at a 2012 GMC Terrain and ended up purchasing a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. The used car salesman James McClellan recognized my needs and we spoke of a new car lease. We went to see Tom Gordon and soon determined I would rather purchase than lease. So James interduced me to Phillip Wurtz in new car sales where he and James in used car sales worked together to put me in the car. Olny problem, the office personel would not handle the license plate to Florida but the sales guys stepped in an did the job. Would half given them a 5 star had office employees stepped to the window to do the title work.
